We offer access to all officially released seating categories for each Yeezy Tour venue, subject to availability. Categories vary by arena and may include general admission floor, lower bowl, upper bowl, and premium positions. Specific seating maps are published on a per-event basis as venues finalise their configurations.

Tickets are delivered no later than 2 days before the event date. Tickets are delivered as mobile tickets via a ticketing app. In rare cases, tickets may be provided as a PDF. You will receive delivery confirmation and instructions at the email address provided during checkout.

Yes. You can place separate orders for any combination of available tour dates. Each order is processed independently and tickets for each date are delivered separately. If you need assistance coordinating multi-city bookings, contact our concierge team at support@yeezy-tickets.com.

If the event is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund will be issued. If the event is postponed to a new date, your tickets remain valid for the rescheduled performance. If you are unable to attend the new date, contact support@yeezy-tickets.com to discuss your specific situation.

Some platforms support direct in-app transfers, while others may require coordination through our support team. All sales are final. Cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on timing and circumstances. If you need to discuss a cancellation, contact support@yeezy-tickets.com as early as possible. Refunds are not guaranteed for cancellation requests.
